Since 2013, RockHeart has been a space where people of all fitness levels find a challenging and effective approach to improving their physical condition. For 11 years, we were an affiliate CrossFit® center, an experience that shaped our identity and helped us build a strong, committed community centered on well-being, personal growth, and teamwork.
Over the years, we’ve evolved, expanding our services and programs to meet the needs of our members while always staying true to what defines us: high-quality training and unwavering support. Our classes combine fun, learning, and physical activity in a safe and motivating environment. Through tailored exercises, games, and sports techniques, we focus on key areas such as coordination, motor skills, strength, and endurance while promoting values like discipline, effort, and teamwork.
Each stage of development features specific programs to enhance their abilities and encourage an active, healthy lifestyle, from early childhood to adolescence:
Pre-Kids: Ages 3–6

We offer two options: training plans and in-person training.
These are ideal for all fitness levels but especially beneficial for recovery, rehabilitation, individuals with physical limitations, beginners, pregnancy, and postpartum.
